About our Vacation Rental Properties
We have started vacation rental practice in 2008 and we have accomodated hundreds of satisfied guests since. We have two unique houses that we offer for rent:

New Log House (built in 2011) in a nice setting with a brook running through the property. Right across from the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel but still far enough not to hear the traffic.
This spacious 3-bedroom and a loft with 3 full bathrooms and Jacuzzi house can comfortably accommodate 8 to 10 people. It has a roomy loft upstairs with the 2 twin size sofa beds (pull-out beds), and 3 nicely furnished bedrooms (master bedroom with queen size bed, second bedroom with king size bed or 2 twin beds (your choice) and third bedroom with 4 beds. Master bedroom has adjoining master bathroom with the Jacuzzi bath and shower cabin.
This is a perfect location for the nature lovers in a secluded and quiet spot, but still within walking distance to town and the Main Street.
In the "Heart of the Village" location of this older house makes the use of the car unnecessary. You are at the walking distance of all amenities in the village of Lake Placid, just minutes from the both lakes. We are centrally located, couple of minutes walk from the Main Street. Minutes to the beach (walk) and to the center of the village. The house is in the quiet street near the park.

"A couple of years back we rented a home on the outskirts of Hyannis, MA and realized that having to drive to the town and/or beach was nothing that we would ever want to do again. It's all about location for us. This home is the perfect location, being right off the "good" end of Main Street...you can't find anything comparable for the price. The thing I noticed most, and appreciated about the house, was its cleaniness. Everything was spotless...nothing was skeevy. The other greatest attribute was that it TRULY was turn-key. They had all of the linens, towels, pillows (with tons of extras), washing machine with detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. They really made it easy to travel with children.
The layout of the house was perfect for our situation (my husband and I stayed in the 1 large room with master bath). The room was huge!...and we could have even fit the pack and play in the bathroom if we wanted because that was huge too. My 80 year old parents used the queen bed on the first floor (so they didn't have to do the stairs) alongside a bathroom. My niece (2 years old) was separated from my daughter (2+ years old) and my sister was in the room between them. Again, perfect layout for us...we all had our own rooms and everybody was comfortable and happy. Great for families with children.
The kitchen was nice and large, although we did not spend a ton of time at the house. Still, it was great for breakfast, and keeping cold cuts, etc readily available.
We plan on making Lake Placid a new annual family trip and will certainly return to this home. The owner of the house was helpful and friendly (we had to call a couple of times). Definitely recommend."
Locations of our houses
The locations of our houses are shown on the map as:

The recently remodelled apartment building has several 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units. The building is located in the downtown Lake Placid, a block from Main Street and just minutes walk from Sports Arena and public beach on the Mirror Lake. All units come with a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances: stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all kitchenware, pots and pans. Living rooms have wall-mount fireplaces, TV, DVD, stereo and cable/wireless internet.
Units come with pull-out sofa bed or futon in the living room (for an extra guest). Off-street parking is available to each unit. During the summer days every unit have air conditioners and cooling fans installed in every bedroom. Units in the building share common laundry facilities (washer and dryer on the main/street level).The following is the list of the units (click on the link to see more information and photos of a particular unit):

We are located in the downtown of Lake Placid, just a block from the Main Street and the Sport Arena. It is a short walk (5 minute or less) to the public beach on the Mirror Lake. Park your car (on our parking lot) and walk to downtown Lake Placid (see the map below).
If you or your party attend event in Sports Arena this is a perfect location for you. It is a short walking distance to the Sports Arena.

Additional Money Saving Options
If you rent a unit from us and you bring us another guest to rent another unit you will get a $50 referral fee. And that's not it - every other referrall will bring you another $50 and so on... There is no limits how much you can save.
Special Discounts in Local Restaurants
Renting our unit will automatically bring you a special discounts in the selected local restaurants and pizza places. The discounts are typically up to 20%.
